Here at Las Alturas we grow, pick and roast our own coffee. When it comes to roasting, we only roast in small batches, to ensure it’s always fresh. Home grown is the only coffee we serve at the inn, and our friends and guests love it.
Visitors often participate with coffee picking (in season), bean sorting and roasting of our deluxe Costa Rican coffee. And of course, taking some along to savour at home.
